 Awana is an international, Bible-centered children's and youth ministry providing local churches with weekly clubs, programs and training for students in preschool through high school. Our goal is to reach children and teenagers, and their families, with the gospel of Christ and train them to serve Him. The acronym Awana comes from the first letters of Approved Workmen Are Not Ashamed as taken from 2 Timothy 2:15.
Awana began at BRBC in 1988. Ray & Phyllis Condrey serve as our Awana Commanders. Awana is a fun approach to learning God’s word. Our leaders are trained and qualified to teach your children the gospel of Christ. We meet on Sunday evenings. Our Junior and High School kids (7th thru 12th grade) meet at 4:00p.m. Till 5:15 p.m. Our Pre-School (3yr) thru 6th grade kids meet at 5:30 till 7:15. Come join the Fun!!
